Visit the HP support site http://support.openview.hp.com/ and log in with your user account. (If you do not have a user account one must be setup, follow the steps in the FAQ How do I register on the HP Support site?) 
On the System Support Online page click the 'Edit your profile' link at the top of the screen.
On the Edit your profile screen click the 'Edit system handle /  service agreement identifier (SAIDs)' link.
On the 'Support contact information' screen enter the following SAID's in the Contract identifier (SAID) edit filed and then click the 'Add>>' button.

The HP tools user by RBS have now been added to the profile and the SAID will be displayed in a table on the page.
Click the 'Support home' link on the left hand side of the screen to navigate away from the page.
