How do I use an external file instead of an inline file for a web custom request

Inline file contents in a Web_Custom_Request can be replaced with an external file by using the following element in the Web_Custom_Request
 BodyFilePath – The path to a file to be passed as the body of the request. BodyFilePath can not be used together with Body, or any Body Attribute or Raw Body Attribute: BodyBinary, BodyUnicode, RAW_BODY_START , or Binary=1.
Note that this may need changes to other parts of the Web_Custom_Request depending on your application.
